Oaklee Rose Farms Terms of Service for Grass-Fed Meats Delivery

Welcome to Oaklee Rose Farms! We are delighted to provide you with our premium grass-fed meat products. Before you proceed with ordering and delivery, please take a moment to review our Terms of Service outlined below:

1. Product Availability and Ordering:

   • Our grass-fed meat products are subject to availability. While we strive to maintain an adequate supply, there may be instances where certain cuts are temporarily unavailable.
   • Orders can be placed through our website or by visiting us at the Tower Grove Farmers Market or Veterans United in Earth City, MO on the designated days and times.

2. Pick-Up Options:

   • We currently offer two weekly pick-up options for your convenience:
     • Tower Grove Farmers Market: Every Saturday from 8:00 AM to 12:30 PM.
     • Veterans United in Earth City, MO: Every Wednesday (time to be determined).
   • Please ensure that you arrive during the specified hours for pick-up. If you are unable to collect your order during these times, please contact us to arrange an alternative arrangement.

3. Quality Assurance:

   • At Oaklee Rose Farms, we are committed to providing you with the highest quality grass-fed meat products. Our meats are raised with care, focusing on regenerative farming practices to ensure superior taste and nutrition.
   • In the event that we run out of certain products, we partner with a farm located only one hour away from us through a collaboration called Show Me Grass Fed. Show Me Grass Fed follows the exact same standards and farming practices as Oaklee Rose Farms, ensuring consistency in quality and sustainability.

4. Payment and Refunds:

   • Payment for orders can be made online through our secure payment portal or in-person at the pick-up location.
   • All sales are final unless otherwise specified. Refunds or exchanges may be offered at the discretion of Oaklee Rose Farms in cases of product defects or errors.

5. Communication:

   • We value clear and open communication with our customers. If you have any questions, feedback, or special requests, please don't hesitate to reach out to us via email, phone, or in-person during pick-up times.
